Treated me like she wanted me out of the store quickly. Won't ever be coming back here. Don't offer to correct her mistake just instead wanted to blame me.
It would be helpful going forward if you could put up sign of have staff ask costumers if they have HBF.

Six days after leaving a message to fill a script kept on file still not ready, and didn't seem to care about it either. Not the first time. Disappointing poor service.

i no longer have a regular chemist that i go to get my meds due to location and miss the personalised service from these guys.
