  Worst experience I've had here to date. Flavia didn't state they were still doing HBF discounts. Treated me like she wanted me out of the store quickly. Won't ever be coming back here. Don't offer to correct her mistake just instead wanted to blame me.
  
  It would be helpful going forward if you could put up sign of have staff ask costumers if they have HBF.

  Spoke to Marisa today to get some advice and felt she was extremely helpful and eased my concerns. She is a credit to the pharmacy.

  Min (the owner) knows every customer's name and gets them when they walk in.

  Customer service not a priority. Don't leave a message on their business phone answering service. Six days after leaving a message to fill a script kept on file still not ready, and didn't seem to care about it either. Not the first time. Disappointing poor service.

  my family have been loyal patrons to this chemist for over twenty years. new owners have came and went but the service seems to have remained.
  i no longer have a regular chemist that i go to get my meds due to location and miss the personalised service from these guys.
